A great place to eat!!

Absolute disappointment. We catered meals for 60 people for a work function yesterday. We paid an additional fee for individual packaging so that it would be safe for feeding a large group (as their website boasts).Lunch was scheduled for 11:30 but the restaurant did not offer pick up until 11:15, a tight window indeed. However, we had a plan to have the individual meals divvied upon arrival to both ends of the building. A tight timeline, but achievable.When I realized we did not receive the individually packaged meals we paid for, I was in a panic. I had 60 people clocking out for lunch expecting to eat at 11:30. My admin and I had to set up in our break room, using a random ladle and salad tongs in the drawer to hastily plate meals while people continued to stream in wanting to eat.The pulled pork, sausage, & Mac n cheese were cold. No onions or pickles were provided (as advertised) and lest you’ve forgotten, they were not individually packaged.I left both a voicemail and sent an email with no response. At minimum, we should receive a refund of the $60 we paid in addition for individual packaging.I expect to receive a response or I will proceed with a report to the BBB.

$37 credit card delivery order was not delivered. Store will not return phone calls for messages left. No response to website queries, except to acknowledge they received them. An employee did say a problem with deliveries by DoorDash. Dickey's takes no responsibility and no curtesy of contact. It has been two weeks.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING!! Skip the bbq sauce ... meat is PERFECT as is!!! Brisket & jalapeno/cheddar sausage are my favorite!!!

A bit on the pricey end, but the food is great. People are friendly as well, and you get free ice cream. Who doesn't love free soft serve?

A few of us ordered for from Dickeys out our company Alorica and surprised all items were not there and when we called to request replacements whoever we spoke with said that they was going to fix it 30-45 mins later we called to see where the items were and the person who answered said that one supervisor said no and the other said yes so they didn't know what to do.

Absolute worst service. I have twice witnessed an employee come inside directly from smoking a cigarette and immediately start serving food without washing hands. They staff is rude and blatently ignores certain customers.
