Shake Shack

It’s 2:12 PM on Monday February 19. The person running the cash register is fantastic and cleared the line of 20 people in no time. Unfortunately, the people in the kitchen who cook the food are painfully slow. I’m wondering if there is actually anyone in the kitchen doing anything. Site needs either a manager or someone responsible for making sure that the kitchen actually cooks food.

The burger and fries were good but I was disappointed that they did not know how to handle a food voucher my airline had given me here in the same Atlanta Heartsfield airport where I was trying to use it. It was issued by air Canada so they assumed it was not American. By that logic they well exclude lots of other airlines with non American names.

Shake Shack’s usual deliciousness delivered super quickly for those running to catch flights. I was especially impressed by the inspired manager who gave his team a rousing pep talk encouraging performance and service (and they were not an easy crowd). I’ll be back next time I’m in town!

Definitely the best option in the terminal. Hardly waited, friendly service. And as always tasty food! Shame you have to eat it as the gate as there is no seating.

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and they gave me one. When I said you shorted me they said just get back in line.
