I had already eaten at TGI Fridays after experiencing a 5 hour delay for my flight to New York. While enjoying excellent service and a nice meal at TGI Fridays, I received a $15 meal voucher from Delta. I had already planned on paying for my own meal so after I finished up, I decided to go into the terminal and look for a nice dessert place to spend my $15 voucher. I happened upon a place that sold coffee and cake. I love cake so it was an excellent choice. If I had known how awful the young lady that was working there was- her name was Kimberly- I would have moved on to another vendor. I love desserts and was so excited for cake and perkily asked her if I could spend the voucher there and she couldn’t even muster the word yes. She grunted and nodded at me which I took for a yes. Then she walked away. I stood there in awe. Finally she came back and asked me what I wanted. I felt this going south already. I placed my order- an iced latte and a slice of red velvet cake, and again she walked away without a word. ok. Another girl walked up and explained to me how to enter my payment, and I did so then stood off to the side. A few moments later, Kimberly, my cashier slammed a coffee drink on the counter and walked away. Was it mine? I don’t know. Later she turned to me and said- “there’s your drink”. I asked about the cake I had ordered. She asked what I had ordered. Since it was literally less than five minutes since I had placed the order, I chuckled and repeated my preference. I guess she wasn’t impressed with my amusement because a few moments later she slammed the bag with a slice of cake on top the counter again, this time with more force. I get the sense I was not wanted there. I fly commercial every ten days for work, so I have a lot of experience in airports, and this is by far the worst service I have ever had. EVER. I will sooner eat out of the trash can next time I am in ATL than return here for this kind of treatment. And I most certainly will not be spending my own money here. The receipt states that the vendor prides themselves on first class treatment. This was far from First class.

The service was fine. I have ordered from here for years and was always pleased but it’s really gone down, especially the Atlanta Airport location. Two times in a row I’ve thrown my cupcakes in the trash because it was unbelievably DRY and old tasting. They should be ashamed to sell those. I won’t be giving them another dime or recommending them to friends who pass through ATL. I tried to give them a second chance and they failed.

I lived in Atlanta 20 years ago and ate their white chocolate cake like crazy when I was pregnant. Got to airport early to bring a piece home and the staff was so rude screaming they were closed..it's 3:55 on a Thursday afternoon. I'll never eat here or recommend this place again!

Quality has gone downhill. They sold me at least a 3 day old strawberry and 2 red velvet. Very very dry. I suppose thats what a merger/buy out does. I generally look forward to traveling out of Terminal A. It doesn’t take much effort to throw out old cake. Its the holidays. There should be lots of turn over of inventory.

I finally decided to stop by after seeing this place each visit to the airport. I was extremely disappointed. My strawberry cupcake looked great, but was beyond dry. It was literally like eating a super dry and dense cornbread with dry frosting. The worst cake/cupcake I have ever tried. Even my three year old wanted nothing to do with it. Don't waste your money.

A woman shamelessly and obviously cut us in line and the employee helped her as if she was next in line. We tried to order cold brews and the employee had to verify that they sell coffee (it's on the menu). We couldn't get it anyway because there was no ice.

I tried the red velvet cupcake. The cupcake was not as moist as I expected but the icing made up for it.
