The atmosphere and drinks are great! However, the food is subpar.

Had my worst experience here 2/28. Took an hour to get food and we were overcharged. New waitress needs better training, she was polite but they didn't do nothing to make the bad service right.

The whole staff is incompetent and doesn’t care about service or quality of food. Ordered a loaded baked potato, it was incorrect and raw. I am always over in there area and decided I would just go back and get my meal replaced. Mind you I would come here often and bring a host of people. Literally would bring like 6-8 people with me every time I came. So, on this particular day I called Called back and notified the manager, she (Ms. Jones) said she would put my information in the office and she instructed me to just notify them when I got there and also gave my name so I could receive my replacement meal. I go there the same exact day but it was later on that night. I informed them of the issue I had and also let them know my name should be on the board. Well unfortunately Ms. Jones was gone by this time and I was told by kitchen manager (a guy) that my name wasn’t on any type of board and that it was impossible for my potato to be raw because he doesn’t make raw food! I was completely confused at why he was so aggressive when speaking to me because I never accused him of making raw food, I simply informed him of the issue I had experienced. I never once asked for a refund and could have done just that & washed my hands with Sandtown pub. After he stated such a rude comment to me I asked for a refund & after he gave it to me & he told me that my money wasn’t needed at Sandtown pub and not to come back & if I had an issue with it I could contact Ms. Jones myself. Again, I’ve never done anything to him and I would come in there at least once a week sometimes 2! So, It’s just sad that when you try to stay in your area & support your own that this is how we are treated! They don’t have to worry about me anymore!

Came across this spot on Valentine’s Day with my husband. It was around lunch so it wasn’t that many there, but the drinks were good and strong. We didn’t get a chance to get food, but we’ll definitely be back again. We had a hurricane drink and a Bob Marley. Our server was new but she was a vibe, she really engaged with us and we had a good time.

I've been sitting here for a half hour no food. This is unacceptable

Tabby/Tabitha was amazing.. she’s made this our new spot!!

Tabi was my bartender and when i tell you her not only her drink but her hospitality was a 10/10 ! I will definitely be back just to see her . She made my drink with love.
