The customer service today suck!!! The girl who refuses to give anyone their receipt! I was there today 1/8/24 at 1:20pm management please let your workers know that having poor customer service makes the food taste bad!!! SMH ‍♀️ I had to ask for condiments! Next time I’ll just go to the new restaurant next door! All I wanted was a salad

The absolute worst Subway ever. Stay away. They’re never prepared for anything.

Slowest subway I have ever been to. I’ve been waiting in line for 15 min with only 1 person ahead of me. The gentleman working shows absolutely zero urgency.. is so soft spoken you can barely understand him. Go to any other subway unless you want to wait 20 min to get food.

This location states that it closes at 8pm. Here I was on Wednesday at 7:35pm standing outside in the cold confused with no acknowledgment from the employee inside all while the doors are locked. Go to the subway up the street as this location do not honor their times.

Everytime they are on point. The only subway I will eat at. Very clean customer service is outstanding.

This place had went down hill. I use to be a regular here every evening during the week and always had great service from the employee and the owner even talked to me in conversation. Today, the people he has working should not be making food for anyone. I ask for lettuce and literally got a sprinkle, should have been 3 times that much for a normal sandwich, she grabbed yellow tomatoes knowing they should be thrown away, she looked at them and more or less said o well and put them on my sandwich instead of getting me fresh red tomatoes. They skimped on the chicken and also the cheese, didn’t cut my sub in half etc. I can say this was the worst sub and service I’ve ever had at any subway in the entire country. I was so irritated I just paid for it because I’m the kind of guy i never want something for nothing and I took the sandwich and threw it in the garbage right in front of them to make a statement. I’ll never be back here again and I suggest anyone that can to go elsewhere.
