Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The food was good when we visited but there were some service issues .. partner and I ordered cocktails .. here's came in 5 minutes with a promise mine would be coming shortly .. 20 minutes later I canceled my cocktail .. food took forever to come .. our server kept having to go ask where it was.

We were eating our food and then the bus boy came over and started to clean the tables between us. He sprayed the cleaning liquid kinda heavy and it smelled like cleaning products. When you clean you are supposed to have a bucket and wipe down the tables not spray cleaning products while people are eating. When I asked about why they were doing it she didn’t even apologize. She just said basically oh well that’s how we do it. Long story short I won’t be returning. They don’t care. As with a lot of restaurants in Atlanta. It’s sad the lack of ethics this world has come to.

This Olive Garden gets 5 stars! The food was fresh, it’s looks updated and clean, the Customer service is A1, and the servers are professional and very polite. The manager even came over to verify that we received good service. I will continue to visit this location.

Our staff was great. She kept our water refilled and she was very attentive to our needs. The meal was very filling.

The service alone was worth it for my family. The waitress was able to read each of my family members and recommend what would suit their meal experience. She was so personable and friendly. By far the best Olive Garden I’ve visited. Everything was clean. Everyone was smiling and friendly.

This particular restaurant is horrible, Randy manager needs to get tips from Smyrna and Kennesaw stores. Those 2 stores by far are the best. I have never been told I can't walk in and place a order that it has to be done Online. Like really how long does spinach dip take to prepare. I do not recommend anyone going to this establishment POOR customer service. It does matter the parts of the city you visit. Yall need ghost shoppers
