2 weeks have gone by and I’m STILL thinking about their Tonkatsu broth!!! SO GOOD!!
Dark building looks closed down .
The vibe of the staff was chill and the food was incredible! The appetizer wings had amazing flavor, and every time my girlfriend and i took a bite of ramen our heads flew back like “mmmm!!”
Delicious food and excellent service! There is seating outside and well-behaved dogs allowed outside.
I knew this place was not owned by a Japanese, so the quality of the broth would not be as good. I gave it a try anyway. I ordered tenten ramen and some water. The waitress said Sapporo. I clarified it again by saying no some water. She ended up bringing a bottle of Sapporo, which was fine.. I drank it. The broth was, I hate to say, below average. The egg and some veggies were cold. The Ramen was alright. Sorry. I wouldn't come again. I'm gonna be real. If a ramen place was not owned by the Japanese, it would not be as good. I can speak from my experience and my high standard on Ramen.
the one word here is “great”
