I lost my appetite with the poor customer service
Best food option in the airport (unfortunately) service was good and food looked as good as a subway outside of an airport
Roaches . I was ordering my sandwich and a roach crawled across the glass. I
served 6 people in front of me never changed gloves once, all meats are mixed together dropped salami in another and just picked it up like nothing happened, most disgusting subway I’ve ever ever seen. Most disgusting thing I’ve seen in my life. These 2 need to be fired
The place is a joke! The food is old, they stop carrying meatballs hours before they close and use the excuse that they will be closing soon so they didn’t want to make more. Their staff are rude & arrogant! This place is very disappointing!
Wasted a lot of time in line. And they had no salads bowls.
While purchasing a meatball sub at the Subway located in the Oakland airport, the sandwich maker initially refused to add any vegetables, claiming that it would be too hard to wrap. I found this excuse both perplexing and disappointing. It seemed like a joke and certainly didn't meet my expectations. I would advise others flying out of Oakland to consider alternative dining options.
The guy at the cash register didn't give me some cookies that I had paid for, he also told me that I was lying and yelled at me, he is the same one that appears in another previous review with a cap, very bad customer service, he needs to listen more and focus more on work
Worst service at a subway ever. Super busy and the staff are loudly having conversations with each other, cracking jokes while taking orders. One guy shouted to ask me what kind of bread and then started chatting with his buddy and walked away..only to come back and ask me the same question. The guy behind me was having the same problems. Then they have the audacity to tell me that we need to speak up. Nice!
