Oakland A’s Clubhouse Sports Bar

I ordered the tots and they were extremely salty and heavy, and a couple of bites grossed me out- one was with a green onion that was extremely pungent and the other bites were the pork that was mostly gross visually - some of the pork was mushed up with some BBQ sauce, while some of the pork was drier and chunky. Well, I ate that around 4:30 p.m. and around 9 p.m. that night I was in my bed with chills. Woke up at 3a.m. with my stomach writhing, nauseous, sweating, and couldn’t lay back down til I took an ant-acid. I was definitely food poisoned, and spent the next day with my stomach cramping, couldn’t eat anything, and sleeping all day. I’m two days out now and still needed to rest and my stomach is just barely starting to feel better. DONT EAT THE TOTS!

For such a nice looking place kind of a disappointment in food and some servers looked fed up. Server never checked on me so that’s nice too. Cocktail was a big thumbs down

Not nice people. We ordered to go, but then wanted to sit and they refused us. They kicked us out. That lady was not happy. Neither is mine now! Don’t get excited when you see this place. Good stuff does not happen here.

They did not take my utah id. They charged me before even looking at my id so I still got charged for my drink. The waitress was no help at all. I never got a refund on my $25 drink. I will never be going back here this was the worst experience I have ever had and the worst and most unkind and unhelpful service.

I ordered the Citrus League cocktail, Chicken Gumbo, and the Pulled pork Nacho’s. They were out of pulled pork so I got the grilled chicken. Everything was terrible, even the cocktail. The cocktail tasted like the citrus they used in it was overripe or something, it had the taste of a very badly flavored orange. I don’t drink often, so normally 1 cocktail even a weak one, has some effect on me. It tastes very watered down and I didn’t even get a light buzz. The chicken gumbo was disgusting. It tasted like a canned alphabet soup with chunks of processed chicken. I took one bite and sent it back. The Nacho’s were not traditional nachos(the ingredients were listed on the menu so I knew that in advance). They had beer cheese, green onions, white onions, and pickled red peppers and chicken(only because they were out of pulled pork). These were the beds of everything but still not very good. They were edible, and I ate some, but just not all that appetizing. I ended eating maybe a 5th of them. I was really hungry, so the fact I didn’t want to finish does say a lot. Overall I spent about $60. I didn’t ask about a refund when I sent the clearly uneaten “gumbo”(that was not gumbo) back. But most restaurants will automatically take it off and on some level I guess I expected that. I didn’t know how that worked since they make you pay and tip in advance through an app. But I was also to tired from all my travels to inquire. I was disappointed when I learn later on that they didn’t automatically refund me. $60 later I drank a terrible cocktail hoping to calm my nerves for the flight and took a few bites of unappetizing Nachos. So very disappointed!

I ordered chicken nachos basically cheese whizz and chicken. The chicken tasted really weird and I ultimately returned them. Long layover and after about an hour I started feeling nauseus. I asked for some saltines and soda water eventually got some soda crackers. No follow-up no customer service. Eventually my flight arrived. I was feeling really sick by then and asked for some information ie name of bar and manager just in case something was really wrong. Informed that the manager was off but given a piece of paper with a first name, Kevin, and a phone number. Called and after related series of events I was advised that it couldn’t be food poisoning from anything I ate since symptoms wouldn’t appear for 24 hours. Still throwing up and having chills so I went to urgent care and was advised that depending on type symptoms could appear within a 1/2 hour. No response from alleged district manager and I would not recommend anyone patronize this place!
