Tap and Pour

Order from the table, scanning app. Food was ok. Service was poor unless you were ordering alcoholic beverages. I paid 3.99 for 3 waters and got just that , 3 waters. No service after our food was delivered, no refills. They were not busy at this point either except servicing those that were adding “ adult” drinks to their table. 3.99 for water and no refill a little ridiculous.

If you have to choose between eating here or buying a bag of peanuts from the magazine store, your money will be better spent with the peanuts. Apparently nobody actually works here, as you will be dealing exclusively with an app on your phone to order. Turkey wrap was $18, and the meat was like that cold Lunchable meat that is half water. Also, no coffee? Are we at an airport? Also my table was covered in ketchup. No napkins around and as I mentioned, nobody working to help clean up. I used my sleeve...

So dirty, like an angora sweater of dryer lint on all of the light fixtures and non-table surfaces. 21.50 was the cheapest 8oz glass of wine. QR code ordering worked for me but not my friend. You have to tip prior to receiving service, which turned out to be really poor. Server was forgetful and disorganized (my friend ended up having to order in person, then she got her drink, then I got my food, a while later, she got her food, I had to remind them I had ordered a drink; they had to ask what kind three times, even though I had ordered it digitally (?)). Terrible

Sadly they close permanently tomorrow. But the burger was decent and came out fast, like super fast. And Joel, he was beyond amazing and made me the best negroni on the face of earth on a day I needed most. Hope to find him the next time I visit Oakland Airport.

Overpriced, breakfast foods are abysmal, and the coffee is awful - can't drink it. I should have read the reviews before ordering

I saw the reviews were horrible but I'm glad I gave them a chance. I ordered a Rachel (a Ruben with turkey instead) and I thought it was really good! Plus, I don't see many places with this sandwich so it was a pleasant surprise. I will say the whole place was pretty mellow so my food was pretty quick. I don't know how quick they are when it's busier. As for people complaining about the prices... GOOD GRIEF. It's an airport!

It’s not here anymore don’t waste your time

Plain food, tiny servings, waaaay overpriced. There's limited food options at this airport but I wish I'd eaten somewhere else. People near me saw my tiny entree and got up and left before they ordered, saying how the prices weren't worth it. Go elsewhere if you can!
