Been xxx time . My experience tonight was something special though. Regardless my res the host and service were extremely rude + the overall ambience was absolutely horrible. The food was overfried and carcinogenic. Luckily, I'm still alive.

Old New York style restaurant, very charming and mostly fed with typical new yorkers. Very elegant. The service is always great (we've been there twice).

I always walked by and knew the name from living in Chicago. The iconic building always intrigued me and last night, I was lucky to find a table during peak dinner rush. I was guided to their newly rennovated 'Sidecar'. We sat upstairs and loved being able to look over 3rd avenue. The service was so attentive -- from being immediately greeted to the servers always offering to clear plates and offer new ones. I had the Cadillac burger and it came with a generous portion of french fries. The desserts surpassd expectation, i got the brownie sundae but learned the cheesecake and apple crisp are made in-house so I need to come back and try that. Shout out to my server Nicole and Marianna for making PJ Clarke's especially memorable and a new found staple in my dinner rotation in midtown.

Best burger in the city hands down.

Went for a traditional burger and left very satisfied indeed. Service was friendly and quick. Busy and buzzy atmosphere. Slightly warm beer was the only minor issue. All else excellent. Highly recommended.
