PIPER AND LEAF Tea & Coffee Shop

Everyone here is very nice and I love the environment. They've moved their layout around to make more room for the retail type stuff they sell so there isn't the couch area anymore sadly, but that's alright, it's good to switch it up now and then. The tea is very good and I've never gotten something I didn't like. The staff are always happy to make suggestions if you don't know what you want and are all very nice. They have a punch card system that works at the store and at any pop ups they do so that's awesome! Overall I really like this place and would recommend it to anyone who is a fan of tea or coffee.

New favorite tea spot. I will always come here whenever I visit Madison or am close to the area. There are great tea options and bakery item options! Whether you are feeling a hot or cold beverage, there is an option for everyone. I love all of the souvenirs that you can buy and the tea kits. Depending on what tea you like, you can buy some to take home! Love love love!!

The same piper and leaf experience I've come to love from the Lowe Mill location. Which is to say, it was great!

I had a fantastic cup of coffee at this location. The service was impeccable. I would go back and highly recommend this establishment.

Working on this same plaza, I frequent this Piper and Leaf (at least) once a week. They have got me enjoying boba tea, something I haven't liked that much. While I enjoy the drinks, the people here are amazing. They are so genuine and warm that I feel more like their friend than their customer. That is customer service goals right there. If every establishment was this way, hardly anyone would go out of business. Thank you guys for being so special!! ❤️

We have a couple punch cards from here just to enjoy more free drinks. This is THE place for a refreshing sip of caffeinated or decaffeinated teas. They also have some small selections of grab lunches and kombucha. The Dixie is hands down my favorite. There's also a strawberry that is true to flavor and blows my mind. If you're tea doesn't seem strong enough for your liking you can always ask for a double or triple shot for more flavor.
