Consistently late if you order on any weekend night. 45min plus is the normal and they don’t give you heads up.

Ordered cheesy bread online for pickup. App said it was ready, so I show up to the window. Employee said it’s in the oven and will be another 15 minutes. Been here for over half an hour and still no order ready. I would understand it taking longer, but it’s frustrating to be told it’s ready then lied to again about it being almost ready. Shame on Domino’s.

I needed 15 pizzas for a birthday party on a Friday night, which also happened to be on National Pizza Day. I called the evening before to place the order asking for a 6pm pickup. I arrived on the day of, at approximately 5:45, and the order was being worked. The friendly staff was courteous and helpful, including helping load up my car with the order. I was leaving at 6:05, with a fresh, correct, and prompt pile of pizzas. I know some locations can have trouble sometimes being shorthanded, but this location did an excellent job. It was the kind of experience that can earn or keep business. They get my vote for the best Domino's location in town.

Every time i try and order from this restaurant they call me back stating they are backed up by 2 1/2 hours. I know I'm being lied too!!! Perhaps they don’t want to deliver to my area although I'm only down the street of Hughes Rd. At the Colonial Grand at Madison. I’ve called during the day, evening and night.

My husband ordered from this store. Placed a $30 order through them, ok, and then they call saying they had a big order and will take 2.5 hours?? How absurd?? If you have a big order you work the smaller orders around it. He spoke to a manager named Lexie who he said was being very rude about it and would not help us in any way other than a refund. Saying our refund will be 2-5 business days. Now we are out money for a couple days because you guys didnt want to prioritize the smaller orders? The easiest orders??? Sure but mostly we just wanted our FOOD. All these bad reviews you would think corporate would do something!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! SAVE YOUR TIME! I called at 5:45pm, didn’t hear anything until 7pm when this Dominos called me and informed me it would be a two hour wait. After I had already waited an hour and fifteen minutes. This was a Sunday night by the way, I HIGHLY doubt there is a two hour wait. Pretty sure these individuals working there just don’t want to do their jobs. Probably doing drugs or who knows what instead of what they are actually being paid to do. Not surprising. Huge FAILURE on Dominos part for allowing such people to work there.

Can you give 0 stars? I placed my order online for pick-up on 12/1 with a 30-minute completion time. I arrived at the location to retrieve my order and was told they were behind and it would be an additional 30 minutes. I was unable to wait and cancelled my order. Later that evening I received a confirmation email my order was cancelled, and to expect a refund in 2-5 business days. I've now waited 3 weeks with no refund. I tried contacting Domino's corporate, but had zero success there. I got what felt like a computer generated response they would reach out to the location I visited. I replied to that message, and never received anymore responses. With no luck at corporate I tried one phone call to the location on 12/20, and was told to call back when the manager would be available in an hour. I called back again on 12/22, spoke to the assistant manager, who was very short, cutting me off several times and then proceeded to hang up on me because she didn't have "permissions" to help. My next step is to call back when general manager is available later today. Maybe they can help? Hopefully? I just want my money back as promised. As of today I’ve sent two emails without response. I’ve literally had $15 stolen from me.
