Bruegger's Bagels

Shout out to the employee that was working on April 9th at 7:45 am doing a great job all alone handling many orders and customers in the store. He is very nice and professional every-time I come in. Give him a raise

I'm a dasher and I think that my customers are just as important as the customers that are in store. When I asked about the order I was on after being 10mins past the pick up time he got real sassy with me. Then told the other guy start this order so I asked are yall just now starting he told me that I need to just go sit down. Of course that didn't go over well so we went back and forth. The store was crowd at the time just rude. I won't be dashing there anymore nor will I be a customer there.

Food is 10/10, the staff is friendly, attentive and great at their job. The store itself leaves a lot to be desired. The ceiling looks to be burnt or molded, and its directly over the work space bagels are packed and prepared. Keep up the good work, staff but get someone to clean that ceiling.

Family and I go just about every Saturday, we never have any issues and the staff is amazing!

Good food but the service is so slow. For online pickup orders they are consistently 20-30 later than the given pickup time.

It's the only bagel option but the workers are slow, the place is dirty, nothing is ever stocked. It will go out with all the new breakfast places coming to madison.

The service is unbelievably slow. On no part is this an issue with the part time staff, the upper management refuses to staff multiple people at busy times in the morning. So there’s usually one person working both the front and kitchen at the same time. It took me 25 minutes to get one bagel. I know bruegger’s will respond with some passive, lackluster response saying that this “isn’t what they want”. But this has been a consistent problem while coming here to shop for the last year. They have no intention of changing or maybe hiring more workers, they just lie and say that they plan on doing their best. Maybe just go to Costco instead and buy a pack of bagels or something there, it’ll probably taste better anyways

Changed my review to 2 stars. The bagels are now 1/2 the size they used to be and are like eating thick wonder bread.

Good service. Fireplace inside- not sure when it’s turned in, but it’s a nice touch. Easy to park. Oder ahead option.
