My fiance had a worker make our food order wrong which we ordered online. She refused to fix it that night. She is the same worker who basically accused my fiance of getting a free sandwich which was a lie and I will never again give my business to this store on count of the absolute disrespect.

The service at this one is great.
I have been going to this place for a long time. And today has shaped this store for me. I placed an online order and all of my sandwiches had cheese on them. I picked up my food and only one of my sandwiches has cheese on them. I called the store and spoke to the manager and informed him that I would not be able to come back today. He argued back and forth with me and my mother that he had to see the sandwiches before he could do anything. He also put them man on the phone who claimed to make the sandwiches, he said his manager would roll the cameras back and take pictures of him putting cheese on and I said I will have my pictures with my sandwiches without cheese. At the end of the day we were pretty much accused of trying to get free sandwiches from subway when we just wanted what we paid for. All of that said to say I will never be returning to this subway if I can help it, they have lost a loyal customer of six years to bad customer service and poor managerial staff
I've tried to order through Uber Eats on 2 different occasions, and have had them cancelled without fail both times. Same excuse too: "Ran out of an ingredient." Who runs out of ingredients for a BLT?
Menu hasn't changed, but prices have really gone up. Think there's better chains like Jersey Mike's.
