I can't really rate the food but the "customer service" was completely lacking. I understand that they are busy but the attitude from the staff is not necessary. I ordered a orange juice, blueberry muffin and ask for a cup of ice water. The gal rudely told there were filling stations behind me so I asked to purchase a cup of ice she rolled her eyes and gave it to me. Once I walked away and was preparing to drink my juice I noticed a bug floating around in it. So I took it back and again same gal same attitude said so what do you want ? I asked for her to please exchange it for a fresh one but again I got an eye roll. I get they're busy and under paid understaffed but there's no need for that behavior if I wasn't doing anything wrong.

I love this place

Ordered a mixed berry smoothie. Very bland. I saw one of each fruit and a small bit of yogurt in the mix and a ton of ice. No wonder. Would not come back. Staff was also not friendly at all.

I ordered a small size frozen yogurt and the mean woman cashier filled it half empty. Though without toppings, paid $6 and I bet she doesn’t even own the store yet behaving so stingy with an attitude.

my third layover at sfo in last 6 months, and each time they were out of the original flavor…why not order more if it is most popular? fruit toppings are always delicious though. $6 for a small, includes 3 toppings.

Forgot order

Price of frozen yogurt was not transparent. When I chose the toppings the lady kept asking me did I want more but didn’t mention I could only have 3, then I was charged more than I was supposed to. It was definitely overpriced

I had a voucher and they didn’t let me buy 2 items, and not give me any receipts. Horrible customer services. I basically lost money on my voucher because their “policy” was to use the entire voucher only with the fist item.
