Very obviously a multi-purpose area turned lounge. Not fancy at all. Small selection of self-serve hot and cold foods and beverages. There were a good number of people there so the main room was very packed, but there were limited power outlets (some which don't work) in the secondary room and a whole section marked "reserved" so I ended up plugging in a headset to charge away from my seat and forgot it there.

Rude staff, bogus restrictions although the lounge was empty, You can use many restaurants and cafes that have a much, much higher quality and respect you. You have calmer nerves before the trip.

Smallish lounge, was told I can only stay using priority pass for 1 hr due to an incoming flight. Food selection is ok. A bit crowded but mostly quiet. Power plugs are sparse. It works for a short stay.

This is the most hostile airport lounge in the entire world. The front desk staff excel in being obnoxious. They take delight in dehumanising passengers, flexing muscles, and being verbally aggressive. They make up rules as they go along to harass clients. I wish I could give them ‘minus’ stars but there is no provision for that in this review box. This lounge does NOT provide a buisness class environment. Details: We arrived at 5pm to this 4th floor lounge hoping to relax before boarding the BA flight to London from SF travelling on Premium economy. Despite displaying on the notice board (at level 3) that Dragon pass would be accepted at Golden Gate Lounge (6am -11.30 pm) the staff denied us entry stating that it was meant for only Buisness class after 5 pm. (See pic) There was no info even on their own official board downstairs. (See pic) The lounge was almost empty at this stage so we requested that we should be allowed in, and when buisness passengers came in we would move out. A little while later, The desk staff ( a female) became extremely obnoxious and ordered us to leave even though the entire lounge was now actuality EMPTY, and there was no sign of any incoming passengers. She said ‘We don’t host dragon pass’ even though their official board had clearly indicated that they did! We showed them the picture of the notice board, (see pic) to understand, and clarify things for the future, the male staff at this time became verbally abusive, and threatened us!! We left, feeling completely humiliated. Food: As regards food, the items are nutritious but very basic, just about adequate. The kitchen staff are not bad. Facilities: There are only two neutral gender toilets, and very basic furniture. Room: The lounge is small. Plastic chairs, and desks. It is Not fitted to a buisness class standard.

I don't know what it was like because I couldn't get in with Priority Pass. It was within the hours I should have been allowed and it wasn't after 5pm by any stretch of the imagination. I apparently showed up when they were only allowing Business class passengers even though there was no signage or online info to that effect. I get that they don't want to be overcrowded but when folks walk across the airport from their departing gate they need some assurance that they will be able to get in.

Looks more like a staff cafeteria than a lounge. No beer - tap is 'broken", perhaps by design. Only basic food and insufficient seating.

No priority pass access after 5pm, any day. I arrived at 1:20pm on a Friday with a Qatar business class ticket. If you tried to enter with your priority pass, forget about it. The lounge was about 50% full but by the time I left at 2pm, there was a long line forming. This lounge is small with only 2 gender neutral bathrooms. Food and drinks were self serve with a few exceptions. For food they had: Minestrone soup 2 types of penne pasta Meatballs with mushroom in marinara sauce Roasted green beans, carrots and potatoes Veggie sliders Turkey sandwiches Tomato salad Garden salad Cheese and deli meats 1/2 sliced croissants and bread They also had a few selections of desserts that included cakes, yogurt with fruits and mini cupcakes. Not my favorite lounge especially for a business class ticket holder but we had no other option.
