Staff was friendly. They offer gluten free crust which is good. Food was good but make sure to let them know you have a food allergy. At other pieology places we have visited, they normally swap gloves to make a GF pizza and cook it in the back kitchen to prevent cross contamination. They cooked my pizza in the oven with other pizzas that made me slightly ill. I should have watched more closely but it was too late after I saw it go in the oven with other regular pizzas, but I was hungry and had to eat. Dietary restrictions: They offer DF and GF options. Just make sure they know and ask if they swap gloves before handling GF pizza to prevent cross contamination.

This used to be my favorite pizza place near work. After working remote for nearly a year, I went in today and gosh how it has changed! There was one poor girl making crusts as fast as she could, greeting everyone who came in, and putting cheese and sauce on pizzas while 3 others employed individuals shuffled around and did nothing! I felt so bad for the one poor girl who was doing her work plus the job of two others, so they could laugh and carry on and enjoy riding the clock. Management needs to do some serious housecleaning at Pieology Bridgestreet. Just goes to show how a business suffers when only 1 of 4 employees actually cares about doing their job!
