Red Lobster

We didn't get any utensils to eat with then it took about 6 minutes or so to run down someone to get utensils, then we realized the food was cold. Not room temperature but cold. Our waitress was busy (and nice), so when she did come back to ck on us I told her the problem. She was about to do the microwave trick. I could see it in her face when she was reaching for my plate. I Immediately told her I did not won't it put in the microwave. She said, "ok I'll put in another order for you". I said, "ok thank u". My friend was ok with his food. When she brought my new fresh and hot order out she also said, "I took off that other order" meaning THE COLD FOOD she took back. Well when we got the check, THE COLD FOOD was still on the check and all of the stuff that was supposed to had been on my friends bake potato was added to the check too. The service only got 3 because the Server was nice but she clearly couldn't add or she forgot....3LL I don't know. But Red Lobster gets 1 and that's final.

My 81 year old aunt, my hubby, our son, and I went to Red Lobster Camp Creek for lunch. We were seated shortly after arriving. Our waiter Martisse is professional and attentive. He brought our drink order and biscuits out quickly. I ordered the Salmon bowl and requested the brussel sprouts to not come out too charred, and they came out perfectly. We all received our meals in great time, everything looked great, and everyone enjoyed their lunch. Thank you Red Lobster Camp Creek for providing the expected service....Excellent! Got the unlimited shrimp, was absolutely delicious and will return.

This was my worst experience at Red Lobster. Went to celebrate my brother in law’s birthday. The greeter was nice. The waitress was good but she could not control what went on in the kitchen. We waited almost two hours or more to get our food, the restaurant was not crowded. We arrived around 3pm. We were enjoying our celebration but realized after a while WHERE was the food. It’s only so many biscuits and alcoholic beverages we could drink. We also had small children that order from the kids menu and they didn’t have their food. TWO HOURS or more for our food was unexceptionable. After several complaints the food finally arrived BUT we chose TAKEN OUT containers. I live in the area but we decided even though we enjoyed each other we would not attend this location again. Red Lobster @ Camp Creek Marketplace
