Chick-fil-A

Always fast service. in spite of the long line. Fresh good tasty.

I have been to this Chick-fila 3 times and the soda is always FLAT. They need to fix the soda machine. I usually wouldn't mind but this location is super busy, I'm sure they can afford to fix the soda machine. And the sandwiches not the same as the rest of the chick-filas who got their stuff together.

New Customer : Drive thru disaster. Unfortunately if you have not memorized the menu and know what you want without looking at a menu. This approach to drive thru ordering will not work for you. They have employees stand in the drive thru with tablets to take your order but you must already be familiar with the menu or be able to look it up on your car or phone. If you are new to Chic-fil-a or want something different you will have to go inside. I drove up to menu to see the options and said hello a hand full of time and no one answered. I proceeded forward to the window because no one answered and there was now a line of customers who ordered at the tablet behind me. I was greeted at the window and they took my order and I paid. I received an apology for the inconvenience and was told to pull forward to drive thru pick up lane 1. I sat there for 20 min and no one came with my food. I got out and went inside and asked for a refund after waiting in my car 20 min. Speed is one thing ,accuracy, and competency are another skill all together. This time the customer service experience was incomplete. I won’t be back. Chic- fil-a is a know what you want yields fast service.

I never had a bad experience with Chick fil A but this one has the worse customer service ever the food was terrible and I will never go back

Had the pleasure of being served by Marlon today and the service was unmatched! Good guy, energetic good communication and overall helped my experience. Highly Recommended! I appreciate that made sure my tenders and fries were fresh out the flyer.

Food is good . I always think I have one more nugget left, maybe one day I'll get lucky, Chick-fil-A never miss count the nuggets.
