I love Nothing Bundt Cakes! I usually purchase from the Kennesaw location, but my husband placed an order here for my birthday and it was good so I figured I’d stop by today. I know tomorrow is Thanksgiving so I decided to call first before driving there. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and had a tone almost as if I was bothering her. If answering the phone and answering one question is a hassle then why bother even answering? It’s safe to say I’ll pass. I don’t want to patronize no business with lackluster customer service. I opted for Sammy Cheezecake instead since they had no problem answering a simple question about what is still available.

How do you sell cake and not provide napkins and utensils? On my first visit the cashier (nice girl) suggested that I grab one from Moes. So I assumed they were out. Today I was told they don't provide them at all. So I left and went to Crumble where they do have forks and napkins, and they sell cookies! How much money are you really saving buy not buying forks? Now I have to see if this is a corporate thing or a Campcreek issue.

Went in for a couple personal sized cakes. One of them got a bit jostled around in the car. Ran back and asked if they could replace the damaged one. “No, but we can give you 10% off if you want to get another”. This is your customer service? Over a $5 cake? Just feels so cheap.

They have a really cool offer for a lunch bag and cakes!

Weird choice to essentially sell little cupcakes with no paper wrapping, and then be so bold as to not provide any utensils or even napkins. Truly bizarre area to choose to "save". I'm just saying, if you plan on stopping here to give your kids a treat in the middle of running errands, your car better be stocked up with the necessary materials to eat what they are selling.

It was my first time, I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. They complained when I paid in cash, then gave me an attitude. I didn’t even get any napkins or spoons to eat the overpriced cake with.
