Front cashier today at 9 am had a 20pcs order with 8 biscuits. 53.00 bucks. I was next in line. She had yhe worst customer service. She acted as if she was picking up trash in the sun for community service. Poor energy. I noticed over the past few years the quality of service in restaurants has dropped tremendously. People seem to forget that the patrons of each establishment is the reason why they have a job the following month. Something needs to be done. Now if i go to Gwinnett same restaurant better service. And i can guarantee they yeild more revenue than old national. Even if not true a better customer service delivery would increase the revenue in location 30 percent and there is no real speed of service in cashier's or drive thru. You couldn't even tell a manager was even in the building.
GHETTO! Walked in to place my order the cashier was otp ( I’m not at no mf dentist) like if you going to be on the phone. Atleast be discrete about it
Food way to salty, food over cooked, missing drink, and window service was terrible.
I paid 40 dollars for foods I did not have everything in there. The service was not good at all. I will not go and eat there, no more.it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to get up to the window
