10:30 is what it says wake up and be prompt
Went after 9.:00 PM. Received dry, overcooked chicken thighs. Had been my favorite location. Tell me to wait for new batch or say you don't have your signature product. Very disappointed.
Since management change it has gotten better
Every time I come to this location they are OUT OF SPICY CHICKEN. I understand sharing cases of chicken between locations but it’s ok to stock another location but leave this location without SPICY chicken. YOU CANT MARKET SPICY OR ORIGINAL ON YOUR FLYER IF ITS NEVER AVAILABLE. That’s false advertising. Whoever the franchise owner is you are losing serious money. Is this a corporate policy ? I will definitely contact the corporate office and inform them of how this owner/management is operating this restaurant.
