We ordered in the restaurant from the counter to go and paid cash. When we were handed our stapled bag there were even pen parks indicating that someone had checked the order however half the order was missing. We were too far away to go back. When I called the restaurant no one picked up at the location.
Second time in a row I’ve hit the “no parmesan” button and it’s come like this.. COVERED in parmesan. I apparently need to check the bag now before leaving to make sure this direction wasn’t missed. Really frustrating! Giving 4 stars though since normally they’re good and I don’t wanna misrepresent our overall experience here (it’s a go to spot!). But yea, really disappointed that I’m going to have to spend the next 10 minutes METICULOUSLY PEELING OFF CHEESE.
Busy day! Service workers were super busy as the place was packed but doing their best and very friendly. Chicken parmesan wasn't mixed super well and some noodles were lacking in sauce, but still yummy.
Our order is wrong absolutely every time. I’m not sure why I continue to throw money at this place. It’s not that hard to read an order and make the adjustments requested. If I ask for something to not be included, don’t include it. I couldn’t even eat my food and only discovered it when I got back home. It could be really important if there is a food allergy. I leave feedback with the restaurant specifically and never hear back, never get offered a refund. This was my last time ordering tonight.
My husband and I came in about 10 minutes before closing on a very cold night and felt really bad about coming in so close to closing time but we were kindly greeted by Brenda and helped right away. She was so sweet and kind and went above and beyond for us! We really appreciated her service and the other workers making our meals after already having cleaned. We have always had a great experience with this location and Brenda is especially wonderful!
Picked up dinner today noodles were cold mushrooms weren’t even cooked and we picked up on time!!!
