Panera Bread

Visited on Sunday with my wife. All was good until I asked about my Drink I had ordered via the app. Two male employees were just standing around looking at their phones and talking. Tmwhen asking about Mt drink the young lady was nice and all but one of the other employee started an attitude with me for no reason at all and continued. I moved on but he struggled to do so. Then the dining areas were completely dirty and workers in the back were doing very little if anything and the restaurant was not busy at all. Had to wipe our own table down. Otherwise food was good.

Coffee tasted like it was filtered through a mechanic's rag. (I'm into that kinda thing.) If you love paying $15 for a bagel, you're gonna love Panera. (I do.)

Okay-ish. Could be better

Overpriced waste of time. $12 dollars for a bagel with cream cheese and a hot chocolate. Rude staff, slow service, tried 4 empty tables before we found a clean one. Not busy at all but homeless people hanging out cussing in front of kids and leaving trash all over while stinkin’ up the place. Years ago this Panera was such a nice place to come. Sad to see how it’s gone downhill.

Super delicious tomato soup in bread!

People are disgustingly rude here. They do not care at all, food sucks and expensive. When they mess up your order, do not expect any apology from them. They will treat you like garbage. They literally told my husband to throw it away if he wants to with no apology for the wrong order. He asked where is 'sorry' and 'please' they told him they don't have to say that. And they mocked us entire time we were there. Such a horrible and sad experince. Not surprised with all this bad reviews.
