Moonlight Diner

It's a cute diner. They smoke their own meats, which are amazing. Unfortunately, my reuben didn't come with sauerkraut and the waitress never came back to check on us until it was time to pay the bill, so I couldn't get that corrected or the fact we ordered bacon and it never came. The food we did get was very tasty. I'm just hoping we caught them on an off day.

I ate here tonight and it’s amazing. Food and service are outstanding! It takes a lot to WOW me . Servers were all attentive especially ours, Yadira . The margarita is a must have !

Great pancakes brisket and huevos rancheros. Pretty good place

We just flew back home and were starving. Saw the diner and decided to give it a try. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with coleslaw. My husband had chicken fried chicken with fries and coleslaw. Both were good, except my sandwich had nothing on it like a sauce or mayo and nothing on the table but an almost empty ketchup. The waitress never checked on us. Isn’t that the first thing to learn as a waiter? It was for me. My husband went to the counter and asked for mayo. That person disappeared. Another was busy on her phone. We waited and waited and were about to go ask again since no one came by or even looked in our direction. And no, they weren’t busy. Finally, our waitress approached the table slowly carrying a small container. She didn’t even arrive at the table. My chicken was now cold. Finally she hands us the mayo, hesitantly. Is this how waiters are trained now? She didn’t come back until it was time to pay. Frankly, we didn’t tip great because the service wasn’t great. We are generally good tippers, but not today. Whoever is the manager needs to supervise and train. She didn’t say goodbye though another waitress did, so I think the main problem was this particular employee. I gave four stars which would have been five if we’d had a good waitress and my sandwich had had condiments.

Don’t use the waitlist! It does nothing for you Kid-friendliness: They are somewhat friendly.. they always seem crazy busy and don’t really acknowledge the kiddos. The waitress we had two times ago was very kid friendly
