I ordered a bagel sandwich to go (since their dining room is still closed), got back to my place to find an entire half of the sandwich so burnt it was completely BLACK. Clearly, the employees do not care AT ALL about food quality. They saw it was completely black and still served it to me anyway instead of making it again.

Great bagels...Omg the pandemic is over and this place still have their lobby closed. No tables no chairs. Completely out of touch with reality.

Decent service, chain quality, pleasant experience..

Solid coffee. They have multiple breakfast options . Get and go or pull up a comfy chair.

Wow. I have never experienced anything like the service I received this morning. No apology, no concern. Ordered on the app for 6:30 pick up. My husband went for the order and when he arrived was told the order was discarded because they were not open yet. She said she refunded it. She did not. I called to ask if I could pick up the order. I was told it would an hour. When I told her I ordered online with the app she told me that the order is not available. She couldn't refund it because they are NOT affiliated with the app. She said I would need to call the # on the app. No #. Just an email. I won't hold my breath. What?? How? So now$ I spent on my cc will not be refunded. What a crock. So now I sit here hungry, needing to go back to bed. You guys stink! Bad!

Went to pick up my order that I had place this morning to be ready at 6:40 and there was a sign on the door that says that they were not going to let anybody in until 630. Me and several other people were outside waiting to get in and the lady was refusing to let anyone in or deal with anyone's order until 730 because that is when they opened regardless of the sign that they had already posted on the door. And I had told her that I could see that my order was on the table and if she just wanted to hand it to me then she could and then at least I would be on my way but she still refused.

My review is based only on the fact their lobby is closed for indoor dining.
