I have always loved a toasted bagel sandwich. Every Einstein location when asked to cook my bacon just a little extra has always been "yes, absolutely", or "yes, we can do that", or "sure". At the Einstein"s Bagel off of 40th Avenue and Airport Rd. I do not get that kind of response. I get told that it is set to a certain time for cooking and there is nothing they can do about that. Service is not served with a smile there. There is at times a lot of customers, but it isn't because of the service or food there. There are many hotels in walking distance that brings people in. The woman with sort of greyish hair (mngr?) is the one who says she isn't able to help me out with cooking the bacon a little extra. I am big on eye contact and public relations, I am afraid she is lacking in both.
Had to order bagel to go because no indoor seating. Not full indoor but rather no seats in the place just a big table with a note saying not to sit on it. So bagel was soggy flat when back at hotel for all the cost and to shaming it just should be better,!
Usually this place is really good and really fast. Today, however, was a horrible experience. The cashier was rude, and the service was extremely slow. We waited over 20 minutes for 2 bagels and a breakfast sandwich.
Every single time I order from this spot, it’s as if they never read the order notes. I ask for no cheese? I get cheese. I ask for a everything bagel? I get plain. I think I’m done. I’m disappointed because I love Einsteins products but this store has lost me. Edit: As a company, you seem more concerned with your reputation. Just look at all of the generic replies you’ve given other customers. You have no interest in customer satisfaction while simultaneously having the audacity to ask me to update my review post mess up?! Absolutely not. Be accountable. Do better. I’m sure this account is handled locally so I would rather send screenshots to your corporate offices. GOOD DAY.
waited for 25 minutes for my order, i put curbside and food never came out even after i had put i have arrived. why even have a curbside option if no one is going to come outside. please remove that option when ordering takeout.
Always have liked Einstein Bagels. Haven't been in a long time. But while the food was good, I think was overpriced, but typically I make my own and after $17 for 2 bagels and cheese stuff plus oj, I'll keep making them at home
