The thanksgiving buffet was absolutely amazing. If they can get a buffet of that size right, the rest of the time must be great. Meat was top quality. Desserts were off the hook. Wait staff were great. Ask for NICO!

My meal was delicious, but the quality of service I received was unacceptable. Despite the unambiguous description that potatoes are included with the breakfast sandwich, the young man who attended to me as a guest reluctantly gave me the potatoes while being argumentative with me about the menu and what he understands is included. He was unprofessional, and his level of service did not match the high quality of service I otherwise received from the hotel's staff for the duration of my stay. I hope the food and beverage manager takes corrective action so future guests do not experience similar poor service in the future.
