Great, authentic Mexican cuisine.

Got here early before it opened like 0815 am. Opened at 0830 am and I Got the Rice and Beans with Flour Tortillas. It was Hella Lit! Also Got the Tacos. Just like Nanas Cooking!!

Heard this was the most authentic Mexican food in San Diego; what a disappointment!!! The tacos, tamal, rice, and beans are mediocre. The hot sauce is nothing but chile oil, yucky. The stand out are the homemade tortillas. The dining areas, kitchen, and bathrooms are disgusting. We waited an hour in line???!!! If you're going into Tijuana, wait until you get their for truly authentic Mexican food or even better yet, Puerto Nuevo!!!

This is the type of food you cant stop thinking about .. like going to grandma's. I would eat here every day if I could.

Perfect! First visit and loved it! Edit: been back so many times... Is still perfect! Waited 30 minutes to get in. It's hard to find parking In the area, but be patient and live a little

Good beans and tacos

This place is absolutely hands down the best place to get rice and beans ever! They're tortillas and everything tastes like homemade just like nana used to make! Small menu but that's one of the things I like about it . Tacos, roll tacos, rice and beans, tamales don't need much else
