I came by at 1130pm and they had closed early even though they advertised they were open until 12am. It looked like the only car in the parking lot might have been the worker. I hope they were okay in their car.

Everything was great

We live in Jax, d I love Krystals but not in Jacksonville. Yuck,but the sackful was delicious they were made the way they should be.

The guy at the counter had gloves on But was taking people's credit cards and money with the gloves on and then go and make their food scoop their ice never took his gloves off at all While I was dining he must have went through 12 to 15 customers

Kept telling us we could do 4 orders when we only had two, charged the cards to wrong orders and the patties look like dog food patty
