How hard is it when someone is standing in front of you to get order right? Forgot lettuce, peppers, about one tablespoon tuna- I thought they forgot that too! Don't need a loaf of bread with a smear of tuna. Horrible.

The past two times I've ordered sandwiches, they have been heavily skimped to the point where I genuinely feel angry and ripped off. I get there are set prices and specific buttons to push. But why the hell am I paying $8.99 for a simple turkey and bacon with nothing else and only get 4 thin slices of turkey spread across the sandwich? What am I going to to with 4 slices of turkey on a footlong?? And you people really have the audacity to charge me an extra $2.00 for the bacon on top of that when there are literally 2 ingredients on the whole sandwich. NO lettuce, no sauce, no tomato, nothing! Ya'll think you're slick keeping the door open so we can't see what you're putting on the subs. I won't be coming back.

don’t recommend this place, we ordered food at 10:39 and never got it untill 1 1/2 later horrible!

My teacher waited over an hour to get our food and when we got it there was NO NAMES on if it was ham or turkey!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Update: The owner personally reached out to me to make things right. I appreciate that and we are more than happy to give them another chance. I ordered 120 Sandwiches for students at Creek. I ordered the day before and the manager confirmed an 11:15am pickup. At 12:15 they JUST finished the order and refused to give us a discount. I was shocked!!! They were an hour late and I had nothing to feed the kids; we handed sandwiches out just before the bell for 5th period. The lady explained they couldn’t give us more discount because it was already tax exempt. That’s not a discount!!!! They were to blame and she did nothing to right her wrong. Creek will no longer use Subway

Ordered my usual steak and cheese. Person who prepared subs organized prep containers even after my subs done in the toaster. Bread was burn and crunch.

I ordered a 6" meal online. paid for it & said it'd be ready by 1:05. Walked in there at 1:03, they didn't even start making it. As he asked who i was picking up for, he then started to make my sub. My sub was thrown together, sloppy & a mess. The bread was NOT cooked all the way, it tasted like dough. So needless to say, I wasted my money on this sub because it was nasty. The dough being undercooked has happened once before but I figured people make mistakes i'll try again - well apparently not because it happened again. I wouldnt recommend this Subway. The staff don't even know what they are doing or how to keep up with the order load that comes in either.

This subway is terrible for deliveries and I will never be ordering from them again. Had a large order and they ran an entire hour behind, didn’t label the food, and I was missing quite a bit of what I asked for. Overall, extremely disappointed in the service.
