Luigi's Pizzeria & Ristorante

Ordered delivery and did not receive all of my order. I called the restaurant and the worker admitted she forgot to send my pizza with the driver but said there wasn’t anything she could do to help me. She told me to try and contact the delivery driver and see if they would come back and get it. She also would not give me my money back for the item. She said she doesn’t handle these situations and would have manager call me but didn’t know when manager would be back. She admitted it was her mistake but she couldn’t help to correct it. I do not recommend this restaurant. Poor customer service.

We did takeout and ordered the meat lasagna. If it was a cheese lasagna, it would have been good. Alas, it was a meat lasagna that was ordered, but there was no meat! Not satisfied.

soooo good the best. This is our second time getting the (Stromboli meatball pepperoni sausage and onion) this is large. the medium is enough for 2 meals for us this makes 4 meals lol DELICIOUS.and have had there veal parm equally great as well as home made tiramisu they are located on Clyde Morris in port orange AMAZING food we accidentally stumbled upon. THE BEST ITALIAN FOOD AROUND AND GREAT PRICES. HAVE TAKE OUT HERE 4 TIMES AND EACH TIME ITS CONSISTENTLY AMAZING.

Being a good Italian girl I usually make my own meatballs, was feeling under the weather so I didnt want to cook! Figured we'd try a new place, and OMG THE BEST MEATBALLS (next to mine) I've ever had out! Definitely my now goto!!! And thier steak and chicken Philly do good too! So tonight we decided we were going to try thier Pizza, and we got the Italian Deluxe!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Great hospitality, great food, very enjoyable, service and experience. The wait for the food after we ordered seemed to be just minutes. Delicious NY style pizza, would definitely recommend!
