Tried to still give this place a chance and unfortunately the reviews are true. Just pulled up at 1PM on a Friday for a sack. Was told the system is rebooting but to wait at the window and they will take my payment and give me my food. Waited for 15 minutes and no one came back. Pulled forward to see the cashier with the headset having a conversation outside with someone in a truck. Completely forgot about me.

Service is just trashy , employees who do drive through need better training , but for this stores MANAGER not ONCE but TWICE hangs up on us bc we asked for the districts number , this store needs new managers and employees

I have never been able to complete an order here, the staff asks me to hold and never answers. Why is this location still open?

This is the second time in two weeks that I have been to this location. The first time I waited 15 minutes in drive thru so i left, not receiving my order. This morning the drive thru is ridiculous. So I go in, the cashier and manager asks if I have cash. I say yes, they said they could only take cash because the system was down. Do I was waiting for them to take my order. Then I was told to go through the drive thru! Krystals needs to get it together if I could give a 0 I would. I understand that it's not the cashiers or managers fault.

Slush machine need to be fix. Food good. This location been Around a Long time.

I originally left a positive review only to be tremendously disappointed the second time I visited. Never have I ever been so offended. The other customers were appauled. Whoever this manager is and all the employees on the Saturday shift at 3pm on March 23rd 2024 need to be fired!

Tried to go through the drive thru but was rudely refused service, even though the car right in front of mine had no problem ordering.

The crab cakes I ordered was frozen in the middle they did not let it cook long enough
