Food was good. Very pack. Service was poor. Some dishes ordered didn't show.

Have tried all the most popular dim sum spots in NY and SF, and I think this place is the best. Went on a Sunday at 11:00am. Quick ~20 min wait in the lobby. No carts, but attentive service and a fillable menu. Teapot comes out over a flame. Food was really well executed. Best shumai I’ve ever had — really nice mushroom undertone and the perfect texture (I think they’re often too dense). Freshly steamed har gow had large, quality pieces of shrimp. Shrimp and pea shoot dumplings were also a nice surprise and not commonly seen. Sticky rice in lotus included both the preserved egg yolk and some pieces of Chinese sausage; just great stuff. Also really enjoyed the beef noodles.

Food was amazing!

Back after so many years while visiting San Framcisco. We decided to go early like 30 minutes before the opening as this place get full easily and when we visited last time in San Francisco, we could not eat because the wait was too long. We ordered the suckling pig, five color xiao long bao, one of the durian pastries, shiu mai, chicken feet, pork porridge, bbq pork chor fun, and several other dim sum dishes. All the dim sim dishes was very good like always. The xiao long bao taste also good but the best was truffle xiao long bao but not compareable to the one in Din Tai Fung. The durian pastries good as always and really recommended while eating here. The suckling pig taste just OK and would probably not recommend with the price. The service waa good.
