Wingstop

The customer service cashier order service sucks. Just order online and pickup and you should be good.

My wife placed an online order for 50 wings for a birthday party however the original date she'd put in reverted back to today's date when the order was placed. She immediately attempted calling the Wingstop store in Colma, CA several times to correct this and no one answered. She then drove to the location to correct the date and the young girl told her that she could not change the date as the order had been fulfilled. My wife explained that she'd tried to call several times. The girl told her that they don't "receive calls" however the Wingstop web page stated that you should call if you need to revise or cancel an order. My wife asked to talk to the manager and there was none onsite. She asked the girl to get a hold of that manager and got him on the phone and he told her the same thing. She asked how someone was supposed to cancel an order and they told her that she needed to let them know right away prior to the order being fulfilled. This is some of the absolute worst business processes and customer service I'd ever encountered. Instead of turning a customer into repeat business, they've given themselves free bad publicity. My wife left in frustration and we decided to just eat the wings over the next few days. They were overly salted and consisted mostly of batter and very little chicken. I'd advise steering clear of Wingstop. Again, the Wingstop in this review was in Colma, CA. *Follow up (2/13/2024)* by way of a very corporate apology, they sent me a $5 coupon for my next order. Really Wingstop? Thanks for that meager effort.

been here a couple of times with my bf, they always get the orders wrong. got mad when i told them to fix it even though u literally pay for what u ask for. the workers in the kitchen are little kids that are on their phones the whole time and just playing which makes them delay or forget orders. just drive to the other location near the movie theater instead. much better service.
