Upon entering, another couple was leaving and expressing their dissatisfaction with service staff. The woman said, “Nice attitude!” to one of the service staff. We placed a mobile order. My ice mocha neither appeared nor tasted like a mocha at all - this is becoming a common occurrence at many locations. I walked up to the pickup area, obviously needing assistance, but no one wanted even to make eye contact, so I just patiently waited until one service staff helped me out. He remade my flawed ice mocha into an actual ice mocha. I’m not sure what is Starbucks’ policy or strategy regarding drink-making, but I will be asking for remakes and posting bad reviews every time. lol
2/13/24 I visited this location it was early morning around 7:40 and it wasn’t busy at all. I went through the drive-thru and gave the barista my name she couldn’t my order. That’s when I realized I was at the wrong location. I asked her if I could pick my order up there and I would call and cancel it at the order location. She agreed. When I got to the window she told me she couldn’t take my order that I should’ve placed it before I got to the window because she had a line. I was so upset I just pulled off but when I passed by the drive-thru there was only 2 cars in line. She could’ve handled that better.
Clean and welcoming. Staff was on point and friendly. They were busy but being very efficient.
