I don’t pay a tip before I receive a service, so this didn’t go well.

Don't order here if you want it to be fast. My last order took exactly an hour, the one before that took 45 minutes. I should have learned the first time, but I didn't.

I visited this location during lunch rush and I was greeted promptly with a smile. Allie helped my pick a sandwich when I was indecisive and did not rush me when I couldn’t make up my mind. My sandwich was ready quickly and was delicious. Thank you!!

I payed over $10 for half of a medocer sandwich.

I got food poisioning from this location. I have never felt worse, spent all night and the next day throwing up…

I love Jimmy John's! It's close to our house, and their delivery is freaky fast just like they advertise.

I work near by and it’s my go to lunch choice, it’s fast and fresh. The delivery fees are very reasonable. I love me some Jimmy Johns sandwiches.

Horrible experience. I ordered on my lunch break that was my first mistake apparently. Freaky fast? Absolutely not, took over 30 minutes to get my food delivered and I'm essentially across the street. I ordered thru the app because I am pregnant and I wanted my sandwich a specific way. I get my order and they forget several ingredients. I call them for them to remake it and wait another 15-20 minutes for me to get my lunch I originally ordered. The girl tells me she will put a sandwich on file for me on the house. I call the following week to redeem my sandwich as I forgot to bring my lunch. She reads back my sandwich order to me and informs me I'll have to pay taxes on their attempt at righting the situation. I agree because I need lunch even though making someone pay for your mistake is a wild concept to me. I get my semi free sandwich and what do you know??? It's wrong YET AGAIN! At this point I'm beyond upset and I should not have had to pay taxes to have my time wasted a second week in a row. I've ordered Jimmy John's many times before but this location is absolutely horrendous all around and that really sucks because I'd like to order my favorite sandwich occasionally during my lunch at work. 0/10 0 stars. Beyond disappointed and I genuinely wish all locations could be run the same. I'm at a loss. Never thought it could be so annoying and time consuming to order a freaking sandwich.
