Crumbl - Oro Valley

We placed our order for an 6-pack and then proceeded to watch 15 customers order after us, all of whom received their orders before us!!! When we received the 6-pack all of the cookies were WRONG! And then the employee gave US a hard time saying they were waiting for special frosting…..when none of the cookies we requested needed “special” frosting. The employee did not apologize or show any concern that we had waited for 15 minutes while watching everyone who ordered after us take their cookie boxes and leave before us. We will not be back!!

Scrumptious!!

I just left this place with the intent to purchase. Changed my mind after witnessing the employees actively ignore the customers entering the store. An elderly man had some questions that the staff were just way too busy to address. He managed to address his concerns although he was interrupted during every sentence. Things get busy, I get it, but without customers there would be no business. Acknowledging customers, a occasional "have you been helped" or even suggestive selling could go a long way. Cookies taste like a baked sweet doughball, that's it, the only positive about this location today.

Obsessed with Crumbl

Yummy cookies. The four pack is alot of cookie. They only have 6 different flavors that I believe change. The lemon cookie was my favorite. Can be a little bit of a sugar over load unless you have that sweet tooth.
