Walked in the cashier was working on something on the other side of the register came around and took my order, and Ipaid cash for my food and immediately the cashier went to the gloves and started fixing my sandwich without washing his hand's after going through the register to give me change. I asked for a refund. I was so disgusted. Around 8:15pm 2.13.24

I have ordered from this location many times. I had never had a problem until the last 2 orders. The first time I thought it was a fluke. We waited over 2 hours to get our food. Today I ordered and received notification within 10 mins it was out for delivery. It has now been 1 hour, and 1 phone call later assuring me it should be here any moment. I still have no lunch.

Placed a delivery order at 12:30PM. After one hour, I called to check on ETA - They said they should be arriving any minute. At 3PM, I called and canceled the order. I'm sure there's a valid reason for the delivery being late, but not communicating with your customers is confirmation you don't care.

I ordered from this JJ for delivery tonight and let me tell you, I was impressed. Initially when I ordered, the receipt said delivery for “tomorrow”, panicked, I call the store to make sure I didn’t mess up my order. The guy that answered the phone was so polite and assured me I did it correctly. From the time I ordered to delivery was 10 minutes, talk about freaky fast. You could call 911 and this JJ delivery driver would beat them to your house. Also, my wrap was 10/10.

Excellent catering options. Terrific people. Thank you for working with me for my clinics. These guys are awesome.
