Great service whenever I go.

I go here daily. I ordered a medium vanilla cappuccino and the cup only had the amount of a small in it. I have never had this happen, so I called to inform them of this. I was given excuses of this is what happens to a cappuccino if you don't instantly drink it. I explained that I get these daily and allow them to sit just as I did today, but have never had it happen where I paid for a medium, but received the serving amount for the small cup. VERY DISSATISFIED! Why am I as a customer paying for a medium if you know that all I will be receiving is a small?!!!!

My favorite coffee in Birmingham. Girls are always pleasant and super sweet.

I love their coffee blends and flavors. RME is my go-to for coffee every morning....I like them wat better than Starbucks. The customer service is really good. The food is ok. I wish they offered a breakfast crescent or bagel because I don't like biscuits. ...overall the coffee is on point.
