Workers are consistently unfriendly and the food takes an unreasonable amount of time to be served. Not freaky fast.

They only hire retards, the blonde girls have absolutely zero brain cells and couldn’t make a sandwich to save their life, the homeless guy puking up on the floor would probably taste better then the sandwiches these baboons make, 12 employees and 15 minutes to make one sandwich and even then all that man power can’t even do that.

We did a online order and got someone else's order. I order a jalapeño chicken wrap and got a Tuscany wrap. There is nothing similar at all besides the wrap itself. Sad part was it was slow so....... How did that happen??? Poor service, Poor training or honest mistake?? I'm not sure but the young lady at the desk made sure to question me the paying customer like I didn't know what I ordered. Wth. Anyways, make sure you check your order before you leave because they probably didn't.
This place has no business offering delivery service. Don't think you're getting around their 45 minutes-hour wait time by going with doordash, either. I've ordered twice from here online, and once from doordash --- either way it's their 1 overworked delivery driver during the week. Just. Stop. A place that prides itself on quick delivery going slower than the slowest doordash I've ever gotten. For shame.

Trent is a moron at this location husband ordered a sandwich 2 hours ago, called an hour in to be told that they are short on drivers & super busy (that’s poor management Trent) & that it was on its way. 20 more mins go by he calls again & Trent then claims it was ordered as in store pick up, he debates that because no it wasn’t & Trent with his snotty little attitude tells him the order was never even placed, oh but it sure was on the bank account. We expect a full refund & this is the same manager I had the same exact experience with 2 years ago. You deserve 0 stars, absolutely ridiculous lying & disrespect to your customers. No wonder every other review is terrible, find a diff job yall because you can’t even do the simple one you have. Zero effort to rectify nor apologetic, made excuses & had attitude. Reporting this location to HQ.
Ordered a $23 Giant J.J.B.L.T and it was not giant. Extremely dissatisfied, there was not a lot of bacon for the price, very little lettuce, and a drop of mustard on a bite. This location obviously doesn't care about quality and consistency.
