Horrific customer service. Tried to pick up a carry out order and they said “oh someone must have stolen it, that’s not our fault. We can’t make you a new one per our manager’s order.” The entire store full of customers was like “wait what? Make the girl a sandwich” and the employees just shook their heads. If they can’t protect the orders awaiting pickup, that’s on THEM, not me!

Edit: I’ve ordered from this location three times since initial review and my sandwiches have been do much better! Fresh and tasty! So I’m updating my score to reflect better quality food! I am new to the area and a big Jersey Mikes fan! I’ve now order my 2 top orders from this location and they were not good! I’ve been eating the chipotle chicken cheesesteak for many years and have never had it made the way it was made today. The sandwich taste like it was made on a dirty grill. Both orders were delivery so I can’t rate the customer service. I just won’t be ordering from this location again. They even gave me a soda where the can was busted

Bread was apparently not fresh and very chewy and I spent $45 and was very disappointed with my food but slicer was very nice and the older lady topping my food was very rude I don’t think I would be eating anything else here I would rather go to briarcliff location 1/12/24 around 5:30pm

If I can give no star's I would this was my first & last time at this location never again would I return the ladies in there was all standing around at the register I had a gift card the young lady act like she didn't know what she was doing I was asking questions about do you guys have combo's and how would it be different in the price if I get the chips without the drinks it's not like I didn't have enough I had a 100 gift card then they didn't even give me my receipt to show that I made a purchase there all I can say is those ladies there was rude I went there around 2:00pm I will never forget sad if they can't work with the public they don't need to work there.

Had the chicken philly cheesesteak and the beef, and it was great.

Customer service wasn’t good. Clerks were on there phone and very rude to each other. No one needs to be fired, however, customer service eneeds to be improved immediately!
