The large iced black tea here is fantastic, the tea has a delightful aroma and isn't overly sweet, the quality of this tea is excellent, and the price is reasonable.

The special black pearl on top, combined with the distinctive milk tea flavor, offers me an excellent experience.

I love this place. The wintermelon tea with the basil seeds is AMAZING and so refreshing! I could drink it year round! The staff is always nice and the service is very quick.

I wish I could give negative stars!! By far the worst customer service ever. We stopped by to try them for the first time and the girl was typing on her phone the entire time. She stood up at one point but continued typing on her phone and didn’t say a single word to us. She looked us right in the eye for the .05 seconds that she bothered to look up but still continued to type on her phone and never opened her mouth to speak to us. We left without ordering because clearly she doesn’t care for our business.

Terrible experience. I hate leaving bad reviews, but the girl at the counter was awful. Me and my friends walked up to the counter and the girl was typing on her phone. We patiently waited for her to finish on her phone, but she did not even attempt to help us. She cut her eyes at us, stood up like she was about to help us, and then continued typing on her phone. Did not acknowledge us or say anything for a solid minute, just kept typing on her phone. We just left without getting anything because clearly whatever was on her phone was more important than helping the customers.
