Nike has such great customer service! He is always soo pleasant and very forth coming with information to meet my smoothie needs.. overall this is a great establishment with impeccable employees.. job well done!!!!

Went to smoothie king at the perimeter mall in dunwoody, Atlanta. Recently purchased a kids smoothie and was charged an extra fee of $0.99 for vitamins without asking me if I wanted to upgrade. Nowhere in the signs did it say this $0.99 charge would be added or could be added. In fact, the woman working said the $0.99 additional charge is automatic and she doesn’t know why. She also said the signs are old and pricing is outdated. But nowhere on the sign or pricing did it say pricing is updated and additional charges would be added. It’s all misleading and unethical to claim price is one thing and charge another without asking or telling the customer. So beware of misleading pricing and paying more than what you asked for. Taste of smoothie was fine but I don’t support misleading consumers.
