Shake Shack Perimeter Mall

My order got mixed up. I had to wait for an hour. The manager somehow managed to get my food. But it was too late for me on that day. But I like their burgers and will give them another chance.

Slow service and average shakes

I’ve been here plenty of times. The customer service this time was so horrible and ghetto. Like it’s very much giving McDonalds . If I wasn’t starving I would’ve went somewhere else. The only pleasant person was the little man cleaning the lobby.

Food was great and customer service was great! I could feel the vibes that this location has good team work. Elderly man who serve food was also working hard to keep the restaurant clean.

India made us feel welcomed and we were pleased with the customer service she gave. Always a pleasure coming to Shake Shack!
