Wonderful! Staff very personable and quick. And as always my breakfast bagel and coffee refill were yummy!!!Just an added note, I got there as soon as they opened around 6:00 a.m. and the one guy out front was already running and filling orders. He hadn't even had time to put coffee out or bagels. He was all over the place but still quite personable, and when he took my order I did not feel like he had 20 million other things going on. But he was zooming, he was at drive-thru, he was up at the front, he was filling orders, he was taking orders from the drive-thru as well as at the register, he was putting orders in bags, he was getting coffee, he was putting out cream, he was taking payment (and only one register was open for that), he was making eggs, he was toasting bagels... he was doing it all. And yet, I was in and out quite quickly with my three separate orders. Very, very, very, impressed.

Love Einstein but I cannot believe how long it takes to get through this drive thru. There is only one lane so don’t stop here if it’s busy because you won’t be able to get out of line. After waiting almost 30 min for 2 bagels we were then asked to tip? Idk about anyone else but I definitely don’t tip at any fast food drive thru.. and we didn’t even get coffee.. 5 star location with 2 star service. Hopefully things change.

Good bagels, but my god, the drive thru is slow. Waiting 10 plus minutes for 2 bagels? Get it together

Update: Reduced from 5 stars to 1 based upon last few interactions.Used to have great service. While they have plenty of staff, they prefer to chat with one another and act insulted or inconvenienced when a customer places an order. For example, in my last visit, I asked for a bakers dozen of the honey wheat bagels and the staff said they had none. When asked if they could make some (it was 9 am), the cashier gave a dirty look and said they may or may not have it ready in 1 or more hour...probably more but not sure if so (????). This occurred when their was 5 people standing around punching each other in the arm! Go to another location as all Einsteins are not the same. They generally have wonderful customer service, products, and fair pricing.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich, food was cold.I ordered a latte as well. Horrible taste.Please train employees how to make coffee.
