Dunkin'

Went here for breakfast, they didn't put in our whole order and didn't even try to fix it. Terrible customer service.

Kid-friendliness: Adult & Kid friendly. The Manager at E Silverstar in Ocoee...her and her team are the bomb! Kind, timely...make you feel like family. Even spoils me w/choc chip muffins!!

This particular Dunkin is always unprepared and disorganized. I’ve watched this place run itself into the ground over the years. Every other week it seems as though there are new employees. I also work retail and I completely understand how important it is to take care of the customer. But there have been times that the employees are rude. My experience today was the last one I needed to never return to this store. I haven’t been to this store in a while and I decided to give it another opportunity but my food was dostasteful, my hash browns tasted like yesterday, my coffee was made completely wrong. From what I gathered that maybe the person who took my order was new so maybe he needs more training but the talk box was broken so he had to take my order at the window and he asked 4x and still forgot something.

They Spit in my bagel , absolutely disgusting

They always give me the wrong order. Today i order a bagel with bacon, egg and cheese and a hot latte. I got a black coffee and a bagel no (bacon, egg and cheese).

Bad service today cashier was new didn't speak unorganized waited 10mins to place order
