Restaurant says open but when I went it was closed

I have requested orders on 4 separate occasions. The first order was done great (you can see the pic below) but the ones after just were not done right. I order a very simple order of just chocolate covered green apple slices. The second order the apples weren't completely covered with chocolate. Not a big deal though cause I understand it can be hard to cover the whole thing. Third time they placed caramel on all of them. I appreciate how they tried to go extra but all I wanted was just chocolate covered apple slices. Unfortunately i just don't like caramel. The fourth time I was not happy since I wanted to gift this to my grandma since her husband had just passed. Once again a very simple order. This time it looked like they dipped the whole apple in the chocolate and then cut it in slices leaving the core and the stick in.(see picture below) I Ordered this and it looks like it was made last minute and wasn't even ready for me to pick up when I had asked what was the BEST TIME FOR THEM. I didnt ask for anything special but that is what I got. Do not place orders with them . And if you do I hope that your orders come out like you wanted. I don't usually make reviews but this last order was not for me but was going to be a gift. I just want to make sure everyone was aware of what kind of service they have.

I adore Delfina’s and usually order their donuts each weekend. I was wondering if anyone knows what’s been going on the last few weeks? I ordered off Grubhub two weekends and both times my order was canceled because the shop couldn’t be reached. Another day I drove by and there was a sign on the door saying they wouldn’t be opening until 10. Then another morning last week I drove by and it was just closed, no sign. Hopefully they’re just short staffed and not closing! I need my donut fix! Their donuts are the absolute BEST. I tried calling to see if I could figure it out, but the number is disconnected… I saw the hours were updated just 2 weeks ago, so hopefully this is just a little blip.

Fresh baked donuts taste really good. Some made with cinnamon and some of them were made with chocolate. Soft too.
