Great customer service

Pulled up and there was only a handful of people in front of me so I figured it wouldn't take long. There was a girl going to each car to take orders, alternating between both lines. She stopped 3 cars in front of me to go help the lady that came to the walk up. Apparently the people inside couldn't do that? She walked up after all of us in the drive through so that's a bit unfare. Then she disappeared for like 10 mins. At this point I'm stuck in this line and can't drive away so I'm forced to wait. Almost 40mins later I'm finally at the window to pick up my $11 coffee.... the coffee tastes good and the people working were nice enough but this was far too long of a wait. I have been to other locations and didn't have this issue.

Normally love this location they do amazing, The staff is always so helpful and kind and they normla get the drinks on point. My go to dutch bros normally 100% satisfaction from this place But there have been 3 times now were they miss made my drink when I asked for blended got iced they remade it but didn't add the extra add i put it got a plan strawberry lemonade instead of fire lizard. Also asked for extra boba and normally i get it but this time they didn't and said it was extra ams your can tell it wasn't. I was little disappointed in the atff that works 3/28/24 at 6pm the in afternoon they didnt get the drinks right and didnr have a good service to them even after remaking my drink it was still wrong and i didn't want to be bother.

Too many very young immature people working here. Too worried with socializing with customers instead of getting coffee out to customers. Coffee is good, but wait times are insane and made worse through people working there chatting with their friends through the window instead of moving the line.

Staff is friendly but they have been going down hill and always seem like there training. Drinks are always good experience is always different.
