Food was fast and amazing. Very friendly staff as well

I have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for the last few years. But the past couple of months it has been one issue after another. My most recent pizza was folded in half upon delivery. The pizza before that was soggy- even though I requested the bake it 5 minutes longer because of this being a constant issue. The two times before that we requested delivery- our pizza was sitting at the store waiting for pick up. I have been disappointed too many times. Moving on to Dominoes

I ordered 2 cheese pizzas and both were so over cooked I couldn't chew it. I tried putting my own sauce to make it easier to swallow but decided to call and have the pizzas replaced. I get there for my new pizzas (also over done) and probably won't order from this location again.

I moved away from the area a couple years ago but still visit the Pizza Hut when visiting. They were consistently good with very friendly staff before I moved and I see that continuing today. They were out of the pan crust I ordered so they replaced it with hand tossed. The manager made it a point to explain the problem and decided to comp the order. The pizza was still hot and delicious and I really appreciate the extra step to ensure satisfaction

This might be the worst pizza I have ever had. This is an absolute joke. There is a reason they have a terrible google review rating…

If you order through the app, make sure it’s ready most of the time it’s not ready

I placed a big order and after waiting over an hour for my pizza I received it very late and I also received the completely wrong order not what I paid for at all. Called the store 7 times couldn’t reach anyone I will be stopping by in person to get this issue resolved. Terrible customer service this place is trash UPDATE :originally a 1 star review the next day I went in a spoke to the manager Theo and he was very professional about the situation and took care of everything for me. Thank you for turning a negative experience into a positive one!

I almost gave up on this location. Theo changed my mind he has good customer service and a welcoming attitude. Let's give it up for Theo

Our last order was missing soda and dessert. We were supposed to be credited but got nothing. Today, we thought we’d try them again, they gave us the wrong pizza. I called and was on hold for 13 mins and they hung up on me. I called back and they don’t even say hello just “Pizza Hut please hold” and now I’m back on hold for going on 5 mins
